Forrest Chanay has been involved with the governing board of the Tri-County Educational Service Center since 1971 (54 years)! This includes when it was separate as the Holmes County Board of Education. Forrest also serves on the Heartland Technical Education Center (formerly Ashland-West Holmes Career Center). Thank you, Mr Chanay, for your impressive time commitment to the ESC and to your Holmes county communities!

Jim Bargar will soon complete 18 years of service on the governing board of the Tri-County Educational Service Center. In addition to current service on the Heartland Technical Education Center, Jim had retired from Hillsdale Local Schools as a teacher after 35 years.
