Ashland County Community Academy (ACCA) 2 Hedstrom Drive Donne Copenhaver, Principal Allen Wilson, Director ACCA provides alternative education placement options for Ashland, Wayne, Holmes and surrounding counties for students in grades 9-12. ACCA students benefit from a standards-based education delivered by highly-qualified teachers just as they would from their resident school district. ACCA pioneers online and "blended" learning models. Smaller class sizes and more individualized, tailored instructional approaches allow students who have been unsuccessful in a traditional high school setting the opportunity to learn and ultimately to graduate. |
Locations in Ashland, Holmes, and Wayne Counties Ashland County: Cathy Bauer, (419) 281-4239 The Tri-County Preschools offer services to children in Ashland, Holmes and Wayne Counties, using a curriculum that is aligned to Ohio's Early Learning Content Standards. This curriculum allows teachers to prepare children for kindergarten using developmentally appropriate practices. |

Tri-County International Academy 515 Oldman Road Richard Bellanco, Director Tri-County Academy is a program for high school juniors and seniors in the tri-county area. The academy is an International Baccalaureate World School and provides students a rigorous advanced college-preparatory curriculum. |
Ashland County Discipline Center 2 Hedstrom Drive Allison Tomasek, Supervisor Allen Wilson, Director The Ashland County Discipline Center (ACDC) is an educational alternative to out-of-school suspension. ACDC is a collaborative effort between county school districts and the Tri-County ESC. ACDC accepts students for short-term placement. Short-term is defined as a period of one (1) to ten (10) school days. Placed students continue to work on the same schoolwork they would work on if they were still in their home school. ACDC provides an educationally sound solution to out-of-school suspension, as placed students have an opportunity and expectation to complete work that would normally be completed during a suspension. Placement at ACDC is determined and coordinated through the student's home school. ACDC does not accept direct referrals from students or their families. Placement Notification Form

Wayne County Discipline Center 741 Winkler Dr. Mark Snowbarger, Supervisor Allen Wilson, Director Please note: The Wayne County Discipline Center (WCDC) is now located at the Tri-County ESC (lower level). The Wayne County Discipline Center (WCDC) is an educational alternative to out-of-school suspension. WCDC is a collaborative effort between county school districts and the Tri-County ESC. WCDC accepts students for short-term placement. Short-term is defined as a period of one (1) to ten (10) school days. Placed students continue to work on the same schoolwork they would work on if they were still in their home school. WCDC provides an educationally sound solution to out-of-school suspension, as placed students have an opportunity and expectation to complete work that would normally be completed during a suspension. Placement at WCDC is determined and coordinated through the student's home school. WCDC does not accept direct referrals from students or their families. Non-consortium districts will be responsible for a daily rate of $75 per student.
